We are so excited to announce Our Grounds Volunteer Team is Back ON.
The amazing Kevin Guz has agreed to coordinate this team with the help of Brian Byrwa, a Master Gardner, with the goal of beautifying and improving the church landscape (starting with the flowerbeds).
We are looking for parishioners dedicated to maintaining and improving the church grounds. Our goal is to meet at the church once a month to keep the grounds looking nice and maintained.
You can support this team in the following 3 ways:
This is an easy carefree volunteer opportunity. No Meetings. We will email interested parishioners with our scheduled dates. All you have to do is show up when you can, dressed in your 'gardening" clothes bringing your gardening equipment.
All are welcome. Safe Environment Cleared supervision is not provided. Parents who bring their children take full responsibility for them.
We are looking at getting this started by the end of June.
Contact Ginny Milich at [email protected] to join us or with questions.

You can support this team in the following 3 ways:
- Time -- join us on one Saturday morning a month to spend time outdoors at our facility making this place look great again.
- Talent -- Brian Byrwa, a Master Gardner, is looking to collaborate with another Master Gardener to create a STFOA Flowerbed Masterplan. Reach out if you have this skill or know someone who does.
- Treasure -- If you would like to financially support the team's needs, you can donate to help purchase landscaping borders, dirt & mulch to rebuild our flowerbeds, and then flowers. We will greatly appreciate any donation.
